Positive: I really appreciated that drinking water was provided, so I didn’t need to buy any separately. The lighting throughout the house was also bright and pleasant, not dim at all, which I liked. The place was clean and well-organized, making it easy to find everything I needed (except for the hair dryer :) ).
Negative: When I first entered the small room, there was a used towel on the bed, left by someone else. At night, it got cold, so I tried to turn up the air conditioner temperature and use an extra blanket, but the blanket had a strange smell and I couldn’t use it. In the end, I had to wear more clothes to sleep. (I didn’t want to turn on the heater because it makes the air too dry.)
Summary: Overall, I was reasonably satisfied with my stay.

Positive: Really comfy beds and plenty of space for 3 people. Nice views out and about and great base to explore the county from . Very receptive host and property had everything we needed .
Negative: There was nothing we didn’t like - it was exactly what we expected from the description and reviews

Positive: Great location, a short walk from Lake on the Mountain and restaurants with beautiful view. It was a nice and cozy place to stay. Toiletries and kitchen supplies including keurig pods were provided. Ashley was helpful and responsive.
Negative: Didn’t realize it would be right on the highway, but wasn’t too noisy.
Summary: My dad and I stayed at this nice, comfortable place in a great location to attend a memorial nearby.

Negative: No real complaints. Localized lighting in kitchen could be better. Sink stopper did not work to hold water to do dishes. Bar stools need to be replaced.

Positive: The place was very clean and had useful amenities (e.g., ample coffee :). Very easy access and they provided links to activity resources, as well as a pass to the beach. They also left emergency numbers on the side of the fridge, which is a considerate thing to do. Finally, the front porch deck chairs and tables were also clean, which is enjoyable to sit outside in the morning and have a nice cup of coffee.
Negative: Nothing I can think of.
Summary: Fantastic location, very clean and comfortable home/cottage. Very gracious hosts.
